Rebel is a very sociable dog who likes everything and everybody. He is very outgoing and a happy dog. He loves to sleep on your lap and adores all the attention. Listening to commands is something he doesn’t like. He will listen when he sees fit. He was the first Dandie Dinmont in the Bell family and because of his wonderful character, the love for this breed was a fact

Pippa is the queen in the Bell household and that is the way she likes to be treated. Pippa ownes her own little corner of the couch, she prefers to sleep all day till her dinner is served. She is also there the minute the family has finished their meal to see if there is anything left. Pippa is a happy little madam that demands respect from her barking relatives.

Lennox came to live with the Bell family as a little puppy of 9 weeks old. Lennox has got a funny character. He will not offer his heart readily. You really have to win him over but when you managed to do so, you cannot imagine yourself a better friend. Lennox also acts like a real guarddog in the “Lobbes” van. With Lennox on the front seat, there is no need for Conja to be scared of anything or anybody. A funny little man

Libby is a little madam from the third litter. There were 7 puppies in that litter: 2 bitches and 5 dogs. Libby is a girl that likes to do her own thing. When offered a treat she will listen but not right away. Libby could also well be a Golden Retriever, she likes to retrieve things and swims like a fish. It is a shame that there is not much hunting going on anymore, Libby might just be a good dog for the sport. At home she is a joy to have. She is a happy little dog with a very soft and loving character. A sweet little thing

Sizzle was the first puppy to be born into the Bell family that stayed. Because she was the first one, she is terribly spoiled. She charges after everything with a lot of noise to impress. Sizzle does not care much about rules. The only one she really listens to is her mum Pippa. For Pippa Sizzle goes on her back every time. Sizzle loves her people and every morning she will be waiting in front of the bedroom door for a cuddle on the bed. A little lady with an attitude.

Essie is a very friendly and soft female. At home she is sometimes too soft and loves to lay on your lap but in the woods she is totally different. She often is the leader when they can all run wild.

Katie is a very spontaneous and friendly little lady. She laps up all the atention she can get and is everybody's friend. Katie is also always in for some fun and will play with anybody or anything.
